Rolled pebbles, deposited millions of years ago during the Ice Age, made of quartzite, a pure, hard silica often mixed with red clay. The pebbles accumulate solar heat during the day and release it in the evening; an alluvial soil where clay and ne sand are mixed. The result is a deep and concentrated wine, fine and elegant. A beautiful ruby color with lively reactions reveals a nose with notes of cherries, blackberries and fine spices. Its sensuality on the palate is expressed by its depth and suppleness with aromas of kirsch and blackcurrant ending with notes of white pepper, thyme and liquorice with silky tannins. Complex wine with roundness, power and good length in the mouth.
